1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of this website (produse-digitale.online) is Produse Digitale (oficeinfocom@protonmail.com). The site is an unofficial informational and affiliate site about Rocket Languages courses. It has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter or checkout — purchases are made on the Rocket Languages website, not here.

2. What data we process and why

• Server logs (IP address, browser, device, pages requested, referrer): processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies): Google Analytics 4 and ShinyStat give us pseudonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and traffic source. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Your preferences (language and cookie choice): saved in your browser only; they are not sent to us.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept. You can change your mind at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

4. Third-party services

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — loaded only with your consent.
• ShinyStat — visit statistics, loaded only with your consent.
• Vimeo — the video on the home page. We load it in “do not track” mode, but Vimeo still receives your IP address when the video loads. See Vimeo’s own privacy policy.

5. Affiliate links

Buttons on this site lead to Rocket Languages through ClickBank affiliate links. Once you click, you leave this site: ClickBank and Rocket Languages may set their own cookies to credit the referral and process any purchase under their own privacy policies. If you buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not receive your payment details.

6. How long we keep data

• Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
• Analytics data: for the retention period configured in our analytics accounts (at most 14 months).
• Preferences: until you clear your browser storage.

7. International transfers

Some providers (for example Google and Vimeo) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, relying on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (use “Cookie settings”; withdrawal does not affect processing done before). 9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
